Kigbeare Course
Kigbeare - 6528yds Par 72
The longest of our courses, this starts and finishes outside the clubhouse on two of the original holes built in 1991. There are grandstand views of the 18th green from the clubhouse patio. 14 of the holes have been constructed on the Kigbeare Estate and include some of the finest holes on the complex. There are large mature trees which gives the course a feel of maturity beyond its years. Within the Kigbeare Estate were many acres of tree plantations and many of these trees have been transplanted around the course. In total around 8000 trees have been moved which have helped to form holes and provide tree lined fairways around the complex. The greens are large and undulating offering many possible pin positions.
Signature Hole
Kigbeare 3rd – 205yds Par 3 – This visually stunning hole has been described by some guests as the best hole on the complex. From the tee the hole drops 50ft to the green, the ball must carry 180yds to clear ‘Hookmoor Brook’. The green is surrounded on 3 sides by large mature trees with a steep bank rising up behind the green. Most golfers leave the green wishing they could go back and play the hole again!
